Poor Customer Service and Care
One reviewer, Temeka Bobo, had a very negative experience with the practice. She was initially polite and appreciated the office, but felt that the doctor failed to follow up with her despite being told she would be contacted for a surgery date. Despite her frustration, the reviewer received a call to schedule a surgery the very next day, leading her to question the doctor's response to her review.
Excellent Care and Customer Service
Multiple reviewers had exceptional experiences with the practice. Dr. Piccillo, the podiatrist, was described as super nice, patient, and understanding. The office was clean and modern, and the staff were kind and welcoming. Many reviewers praised Dr. Piccillo's ability to take the time to explain their conditions and treatment options, as well as her caring and compassionate nature.
Uncommon Issues with Follow-up Care
Although the vast majority of reviewers were satisfied with their care, a few mentioned that they had to follow up multiple times to schedule appointments or receive test results. This lack of follow-up communication was seen as a minor issue, but one that could be improved upon.
