Our Story

The Hinesburgh Public House was created to offer Hinesburg and the surrounding towns a place to gather, connect, and be with friends. Our menu features Vermont Cuisine, made from scratch with all-natural, seasonally available ingredients sourced from local farms and artisans. We offer Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-free entrees, as well as meat, pasta, seafood, and salad entrees. Our bar features 12 hearty draft beers and a full complement of beverages. We're open for dinner six days a week, and we can't wait for you to come and experience the warmth and hospitality of "the Pub" for yourself.
