Our History

Atelier 11 was founded in 1994 by Lauren Dianich and Jon Braithwaite, two architects who share a passion for innovative design and a commitment to exceptional service. Our journey began in an unfinished garret of a weathered Victorian building, where we worked tirelessly to bring our customers' vision to life. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise in construction and project management, allowing us to take on larger and more complex projects.

Pre-Design and Site Analysis

Construction Documents and Specifications

We produce detailed drawings and specifications to guide the construction process. Our goal is to ensure that your project is completed efficiently, on budget, and to your satisfaction.

Bidding and Construction Administration

As your project moves forward, we work closely with contractors and builders to ensure that your vision is realized. We provide periodic site visits and respond to any concerns or issues that may arise during construction.
