Pelvic Floor & Core Restore

Our Pelvic Floor & Core Restore program is a comprehensive program designed to reawaken, enliven, and rebuild the pathways of communication and strength in your pelvic floor to restore sensation, strength, function, and vitality to your pelvic floor and body as a whole. Our program is tailored to your specific needs and goals, and is designed to provide long-term results.

Virtual Pilates & Strength

In our Virtual Pilates & Strength classes, you'll experience personalized attention, live instruction, deep core workout, and full-body conditioning from the comfort of your own home. Our classes are led by certified instructor Cassie Nevitt, who has been teaching classical Pilates for over 14 years. Our virtual classes will help you:

  • Release and reduce stress and anxiety
  • Feel centered, strong, and stable
  • Increase agility and balance
  • Prevent and overcome injuries
  • Achieve muscular balance and tone

Mindful Slow Strength

Our Mindful Slow Strength classes offer a high-intensity workout at a super slow speed, providing a safe, thoroughly strengthening workout that burns fat long after the workout is over. These workouts also strengthen bones, preventing osteopenia and osteoporosis.

Pelvic Floor Workshop

Join us for our upcoming Pelvic Floor Workshop, where you'll learn how to activate, release, and deepen your connection to your pelvic floor. This 2-hour workshop will cover the anatomy and functions of the pelvic floor, ways the muscles of a well-coordinated pelvic floor activate and release, and common challenges and conditions that occur when the tension, strength, and coordinated movements of the pelvic floor aren't functioning.
