Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care. From our Registered Nurses to our Certified Nursing Assistants, each member of our staff is committed to providing the highest level of service. Our team includes Nick Passarelli, our Founder and CEO, who has over 40 years of experience in caring for the elderly and chronically ill. Darlene Amalfatano, our Nursing Director, has 28 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and is certified in Orthopedic Nursing and Geriatric Resource Nursing. Desi Santurri, our Office Manager, started her career as a Certified Homemaker and has been with us since 2001.
