Our Story

Founded in 2005 by Jim Peterson and Jeff Richelieu, Streamline Engineering was built on the principle of simplifying the design and construction process while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. Our building design services include commercial building design, agricultural and industrial facilities, offices, charter schools, restaurants, retail, multi-family housing, infill design, 3D computer modeling, and more. Additionally, we provide customized interior design services, including color selections, exterior and interior finish design, flooring selection, tile layout and design, space planning, furniture layout and selection, and fireplace design.
