• Healing Coaching: Our healing coaching services are designed to help individuals process and heal from past wounds and traumas, including childhood abuse and divorce. Our coach, Steffanie Brooks-Aguilar, has personal experience in this area and is passionate about helping others find healing and recovery.
• Relationship Coaching: We also offer relationship coaching services to help individuals and couples improve their relationships and build stronger, more meaningful connections with others.

Our Coach

Our coach, Steffanie Brooks-Aguilar, M.S., has a master's degree in clinical psychology and has worked as a Marriage & Family therapist intern for 5 years. She has specialized in reducing conflict in co-parenting families and inner child healing for individuals and recovery issues. She is also a trained mediator with OC Human Relations. Steffanie is passionate about helping others learn to process grief and past wounds in order to have the best life ever.
