Tracy Auto has had inconsistent reviews from customers. On one hand, they have had success with some customers, such as Sean Cartwright, who had a water pump replaced and even had to get a defective pump replaced, but ultimately was satisfied with the service. On the other hand, many customers have been left disappointed and frustrated with their experiences.
Inconsistencies and Neglect
Ellie Novelli had a series of issues with Tracy Auto, starting with a faulty oil change that caused oil leaks. Despite bringing the issue to their attention multiple times, the problems continued, and she eventually had to take her car to VW in Orem. She claims that the mechanics at Tracy Auto were incompetent and uncaring, with one mechanic, Zeke, telling her that she wasn't important and wouldn't be coming back. Tracy Auto's lack of attention to detail and inadequate customer service led to a string of issues that continued to escalate.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences with Tracy Auto. David Stanton had his thermostat replaced, and Keegan, one of the mechanics, was able to squeeze him in on short notice and completed the job efficiently. Victoria Lynn Rose had her water pump replaced during an emergency, and the mechanics at Tracy Auto worked with her to prioritize her truck's repair and get it ready for her to haul back home.
Negative Experiences
In contrast to the positive experiences, many customers have had negative experiences with Tracy Auto. Ellie Novelli's story is particularly egregious, with multiple instances of incompetence and neglect leading to a string of frustrating and costly issues.
