Leadership

Our founder and president, Ross Arnel, is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the insurance business. Ross began his career with Mass Mutual and later earned the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation. He frequently shares his expertise with the business community, speaking about insurance industry trends and issues. Ross holds active memberships in the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA); the Society of Design Administration (SDA), an affiliate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA); and Business Network International (BNI).
