Mark received his Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University in 1988, and has spent his entire career dedicated to designing and creating exceptional homes for clients throughout the Minneapolis area.

• Design Consultation: We offer an initial one-hour design consultation at no charge, during which we will discuss your vision, goals, and budget for your project. This is an opportunity for you to get to know us, and for us to understand your needs and expectations.
• Concept Development: Based on our initial consultation and further discussions with you, we will develop a conceptual design for your home that meets your functional needs, reflects your style and personality, and fits within your budget.
• Design Development: Once the conceptual design is approved, we will develop detailed drawings and specifications for your home, taking into account all of the necessary technical and regulatory requirements.
• Construction Documents: We will prepare complete construction documents for your home, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules. These documents will provide contractors with all of the information they need to build your home to your specifications.
• Project Management: We can provide project management services to ensure that your home is built to your specifications, on time, and within budget. We will work closely with your contractor to ensure that the construction process goes smoothly, and will be available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise.

Mark is a registered architect with a passion for residential design. He has spent his entire career dedicated to creating exceptional homes for clients throughout the Minneapolis area. Mark received his Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University in 1988, and has since worked as a project architect with a prominent Minneapolis residential architecture firm and as a principal architect with Friedell Architects & Builders. He formed Mark Gunstad Architecture in 2007 with the goal of providing exceptional residential architecture services to clients seeking a unique, personalized design experience.

Mark's approach to architecture is grounded in the belief that the design of a home should be a collaborative process between the architect and the client.
