NAI Architects

NAI Architects, Inc. is a full-service architectural firm founded in 1971, dedicated to serving commercial clients. Our extensive project experience includes new structures and renovation projects of varying size and purpose. We work with a diverse range of clients, including companies, developers, municipalities, and individuals across industries such as hospitality, retail and service, professional, industrial, senior housing, multi-family, and lodging. Our expertise stems from managing all levels of projects in both the public and private sectors. We utilize current CAD Technology, allowing for more time to focus on creative design solutions. Our commitment to clients is built on timely service, excellent design knowledge, and experience, understanding the difference between distinctive and expensive, and realistic fees.

Our team is led by President and Architect Partner, John K. Gaspar, who is responsible for the full range of architectural services including client contact, programming, designing, construction documents, and supervision. We also have Shawn G. Berry, Vice President and Senior CAD Technician, who oversees all CAD operations and is responsible for client contact, designing, and the preparation and review of construction documents. Additionally, Shawn handles bookkeeping, everyday business operations, internet technology, communications, and website management.
