Our General Manager, Emma Tallent, shares Chef Tallent's passion for hospitality. With a background in sales and marketing, Emma has a keen eye for detail and a dedication to ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Together, Chef Tallent and Emma Tallent have created a unique dining experience that is both refined and inviting.
