Our Process

At Aria Group, we understand that every project is unique, and our process reflects that. Our nimble, adaptable, and client-driven approach allows us to navigate a full suite of services or a curated set of services that best suit your project needs. Our services include Architecture, Interior Design, Master Planning, Concept Design, and Branding.

In the Pre-Design phase, we work collaboratively with our clients and partners to establish a strong foundation for the project by understanding the site, market, target audience, and client objectives. We conduct contracts data collecting, programming, zoning/code analysis, site analysis, existing conditions review, and feasibility consulting.

During the Schematic Design phase, we develop and refine concepts by actively listening, effectively communicating, and utilizing sophisticated visual aids. We take an iterative approach and ensure that the design approach and branding align with the project goals and budget.

In the Design Development phase, we refine and customize the project's vital elements and detailing, including elevations, perspective studies, and renderings. We also work on material and FF&E concepting and budgeting during this phase.

During Construction Documents and Contract Administration, we work closely with contractors and consultants to create high-quality, accurate construction documentation and ensure that the design intent is fully realized in the built environment.

During Post-Construction, we focus on post-construction detailing, project photography, and marketing partnerships. Our Brand Studio team offers comprehensive services in concept design, brand development, visual identity/graphic design, and asset management.
