A Little Bit of Art was born from a lifelong passion for creativity and a desire to share that passion with others. Founded in 2018 by local artist Mary Steenwyk, the studio is a testament to the enduring power of art to bring people together and spark joy. Mary, a seasoned art enthusiast who had previously owned an art store and studio in Florida, always envisioned returning to her artistic roots. When she moved to Belmont, NC, she saw an opportunity to create a welcoming space where individuals of all ages and skill levels could explore their artistic sides.

Larger parties are also welcome, with flexible scheduling options available outside of regular business hours.
