At Richardson Smith Architects, we are a firm dedicated to providing exceptional architectural and interior design services. Our team, led by Partners Juliet Richardson and Terence Smith, brings together a wealth of experience and expertise in various sectors including restaurants, residential, workplace, educational, and mixed-use projects. With a strong focus on innovation and creativity, we strive to create spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and sustainable.

Our services encompass a wide range, from architectural design and interior design to site and master planning, space planning, custom millwork and furniture design, and consulting and feasibility studies. We believe in a collaborative approach, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, and then using our skills and knowledge to bring their vision to life.

With offices in Princeton, New Jersey, we have had the privilege of working on projects across the United States and internationally, including in China, where we are partners in A.R.T. International Group. Our team's diverse backgrounds and experiences enable us to tackle projects of varying scales and complexities.

Who We Are

Juliet Richardson, AIA, has been licensed to practice architecture in New Jersey since 1983. She studied architecture at Princeton University and the Architectural Association in London. Juliet has taught at several universities and has a passion for trekking and choral singing.

Terence W. Smith, AIA, LEED AP, is licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. He graduated from Syracuse University and Princeton University, and has worked with Michael Graves and Habitat For Humanity. Terence enjoys sports, particularly coaching Little League baseball and watching the Yankees and Giants.
