Founded in 1965 by Phil Holt and Perry Morgan, our firm has a rich history of delivering exceptional architectural services. From our early days as Holt & Morgan Architects to our current iteration as HMR Architects, we have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, integrity, and creativity. Our partnership started at Princeton University, where we first met in 1947 as young architectural undergraduates. After graduation, we worked together in New York and then Princeton, before founding our own firm in 1965.
