Founded in 2009, our team of experienced architects is dedicated to creating complete projects that respond to the functional, aesthetic, and economic desires of each client. Our team of experts, led by Principal Amanda Orr, has over 17 years of experience in residential architecture and has had projects published in prominent publications such as Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles and Interiors Magazine. We take pride in our ability to create new architectural structures that seamlessly blend with their surroundings and environment, as well as renovations that enhance the existing architectural style of the structure.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to cater to the unique needs of our clients. From initial schematic design to final construction documents, we work closely with our clients to ensure that their project is completed on time, within budget, and to their satisfaction. Our services include:

• Schematic Design: We explore plan options to incorporate our clients' wish list into the house design, creating hand-drawn plans and elevation studies to suggest the architectural character of the home.
• Design Development: We translate sketches into computerized plans, labeling general building materials and other relevant details in preparation for an accurate pricing estimate.
• Permit Documents: We prepare an architectural permit set for the appropriate city or county, expanding upon previous drawings to provide a full picture of the structural makeup and emerging interior spaces of the home.
• Construction Documents: We issue a final drawing set to provide finer details needed for the seamless construction of the house, including interior/exterior construction details, interior elevations, and reflected ceiling plans.
