Our Beginnings

Founded in 1991, IHPC arose from a personal journey of understanding the need for accessible and personalized care. Founder Kevin Sullivan, a flight instructor, experienced the transformative power of in-home care following a diving accident that left him paralyzed. This intimate understanding fueled his determination to establish IHPC, an agency built on empathy, personalized care, and client-centered values.
