Our team is led by Lucas T. Schad, AIA, who founded LTS Architecture in 2014. Lucas has over a decade of experience in the field of architecture and has worked on projects ranging from small additions to multi-million dollar commercial ranches. He is passionate about creative problem-solving and enjoys the challenges that come with being an architect.

Joining Lucas is Kristin Vanderland, who brings a unique perspective to our architectural team. With a Master's degree in Architecture from Montana State University, Kristin's education and expertise further enhance her ability to conceptualize and execute outstanding designs. Her passion for combining functionality with aesthetic appeal shines through in every project she undertakes.

Colin Tippet, an architect on our team, hails from the beautiful city of Fairbanks, Alaska. With a Master's degree in Architecture from Montana State University, Colin's professionalism and adherence to industry standards are evident in every project he undertakes. His commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and innovative thinking make him a valuable asset to our team.

Justin Saizama, a military veteran, brings a unique set of skills and experiences to our team as an equipment operator. His dedication, discipline, and strong work ethic, honed during his time in the military, make him a reliable and invaluable asset on our projects.

Lee Fahrenbruch, our dedicated laborer at our construction company, is an invaluable member of our team. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence never go unnoticed. Lee's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile make him a reliable and trusted asset on every project.

Shelby Rude, our dedicated intern, is currently pursuing her studies in architecture at Montana State University.
