At Stake Fastener Co., we are dedicated to delivering top-quality, specialized fasteners that cater to the unique needs of various industries. Our journey began in 1958 when James N. Dupree founded Dupree, Inc., a veteran-owned California corporation. Over the years, we have grown and relocated to our current location in Chino, CA. Today, we remain family-owned and managed, ensuring that our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction continues to be at the forefront of our operations.
Our primary focus is on the design and manufacture of special application fasteners, particularly color-matched panel screws and screw assemblies. These products are processed with a durable thermoset coating material that provides superior resistance to chipping and flaking compared to basic painted screws. Initially designed for specific aircraft/aerospace applications, our products can now be found on all major aircraft in service today, as well as in other sectors of the transportation industry, such as buses, trucks, trains, special-purpose vehicles, and agricultural equipment. Additionally, our fasteners are used in modern electronic instruments, medical and telecommunications devices, and rack-mounted equipment.
All of our products are proprietary in nature and are documented on individual engineering drawings. From conception to delivery, we handle every aspect of the manufacturing process in-house at our state-of-the-art facility. This allows us to maintain close control over every step, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Our business systems, inventory management, and quality control systems are fully integrated with an ERP platform, making information accessible and seamless.
Our team of experts closely manages Stake Fastener Co., and we have a conservative financial structure that enables us to weather economic downturns. This financial stability also allows us to invest in new product development and growth. We welcome inquiries for similar items not shown on our website and enjoy collaborating with designers and engineers to propose recommendations for their specific application needs.
The Stake Fastener team supports customers on a global scale, and we have facilities with room to grow. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and services, and we look forward to continuing our tradition of excellence in the years to come.
