New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) is a prestigious organization dedicated to empowering women to build successful careers in the real estate industry. For over three decades, WX has been an invitation-only association for New York's executive women actively engaged in the commercial real estate industry. Our membership is comprised of executive women from a variety of backgrounds, including owners, developers, brokers, architects, engineers, bankers, and lawyers.

Our mission is to promote the advancement of women in commercial real estate, enhance the public perception of the role of women within the industry, and promote the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in the field. We strive to provide a platform for women to network, learn from each other, and grow both personally and professionally.

Services Offered

We offer a range of services designed to support our members and scholars, including annual events such as the Woman of the Year Gala, monthly breakfasts and evening events featuring industry leaders and panel discussions, and networking and special events throughout the year. Our Mentoring Program pairs scholars with experienced mentors, providing them with valuable guidance and support. Additionally, our Charitable Fund supports various philanthropic organizations and initiatives that benefit women in real estate and the broader community.

Scholars Program

The WX Scholars Program is designed to encourage and support bright and talented young women seeking a career in New York commercial real estate. Scholars are eligible to participate in our Mentoring Program and have access to special programming and networking events. Our goal is to provide a pipeline of talented women who will become leaders in the industry.

Mentoring and Philanthropy

Our Mentoring Program is a cornerstone of our efforts, providing scholars with the guidance and support they need to succeed. The WX Charitable Fund works closely with WX, Inc., supporting various philanthropic organizations, making targeted charitable donations, and providing opportunities for members and scholars to volunteer their time to community service organizations.
