Brighton Cooperative Preschool

Brighton Cooperative Preschool (BCP) has been proudly serving families in Livingston County, Michigan, since 1967. As a licensed non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable preschool education to the community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where young minds can grow and flourish. We believe in fostering a love of learning through play-based exploration, while nurturing social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Our Approach

At BCP, we follow a developmentally appropriate curriculum that encourages exploration, discovery, and creativity. Our experienced teacher works alongside a team of dedicated board members to provide a safe and supportive learning environment where children can thrive.

Our Services

• Preschool Education: Our preschool program is designed for children ages 3-4. We offer a comprehensive curriculum that covers all developmental domains, including language, math, science, social-emotional learning, and art.
• Free Preschool for 4-Year-Olds: We are proud to partner with the state of Michigan to provide free preschool for eligible families.
• Aftercare Program: We offer a safe and nurturing aftercare program for children attending our preschool or other local schools.
