Our story began humbly in a small garage behind a beloved Hyde Park restaurant, crafting unfinished pine bookcases in a few standard sizes. The positive response from the University of Chicago community spurred our growth, and we expanded our repertoire to include hardwoods, followed by a diverse array of cabinetry. Custom built-ins soon became a signature offering, and our product line evolved to encompass desks, occasional tables, and office furniture. As our range of products expanded so did our operations. We opened showrooms in both Evanston and Lincoln Park, reflecting our growing customer base and commitment to providing accessible service. The heart of our business resides in our dedicated Chicago workshop, where we have been meticulously crafting each piece for nearly two decades.
