Our Services

We offer a wide range of services including Family Medicine, Dental, Mental Health, and more. Our providers are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We have over 170 providers across our 22 locations in Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties. Our goal is to make healthcare accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation or insurance status.

Special Programs

As a Community Health Center, we offer financial and insurance assistance, including a sliding-fee scale based on your household income and family size. We also provide interpretation, transportation, case management, prescription discounts, and laboratory service discounts. Additionally, we offer the following special programs for our patients:

• CenteringPregnancy: A program designed to provide group prenatal care to pregnant women.
• Events: We host various health-related events throughout the year to educate and engage our community.
• Insurance Assistance: Our team helps patients navigate the complex process of obtaining health insurance.
• Prescription Discounts: We offer discounts on prescription medications to help make them more affordable.
• School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs): We provide health services to students in schools to ensure they have access to healthcare during school hours.
• Sliding Fee Program: A program that adjusts the cost of healthcare services based on a patient's income and family size.
• Transportation: We provide transportation services to help patients get to their appointments.
