Our mission is to provide a wide range of services and programs that support healthy and active lifestyles for our members 50 years and older, as well as provide support for their family members and caregivers. We strive to expand and diversify our services to meet the ever-changing needs of our community.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to cater to the unique needs of seniors. Our meal services include center-based meals, home delivery, and mobile mini-mart, ensuring that our members have access to nutritious meals. Our in-home services include personal assistance, companionship services, respite care, and 24/7 homecare, providing our members with the support they need to maintain their independence.

Our adult day program provides a safe and engaging environment for seniors to socialize, participate in activities, and receive care. We also offer a memory cafe, caregiver resources, and transportation services to make life easier for our members.
