Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior
Taryle Accounting has been embroiled in controversy after several former clients shared their dreadful experiences with the company. Heather Dub, a former client of 10 years, claimed that the company lacked organization, ownership, and professionalism. She stated that the company's behavior towards women business owners was particularly appalling, with staff members treating her differently than her husband. Dub alleged that the company consistently failed to respond to her emails and ignored her concerns, resulting in late tax filings and additional fees.
Another former client, Stephanie Polydoroff, was equally dissatisfied with the company's service. She claimed that the company's communication was solely via email, with staff members failing to follow up on her concerns. Polydoroff stated that she never had an actual conversation with anyone past Warren, the person who initially referred her to the company. She expressed frustration that she was not informed that she would owe additional taxes to the IRS, and that the company's lack of communication led to her missing the deadline.
In contrast, Ronald Hlinka and Ted Skarvelis, two 5-star reviewers, praised the company for its easy communication, timely responses, and professional staff.
