*Dorian Estrada*: With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and numerous certifications, including NASM certified CPT, CES, PPSC, CFSC, and Precision Nutrition, Dorian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his training. He has worked at top-tier gyms, such as Equinox Tribeca NYC, and has participated in bodybuilding and physique shows. Dorian's passion for personal training shines through in his commitment to helping clients reach their full potential.

*Bree Estrada*: As a highly experienced personal trainer, Bree has worked with clients for over three years, focusing on individualized exercise routines that cater to each client's unique needs and abilities. Her approach combines toughness with understanding, resulting in a positive and rewarding training experience. Bree's clients often highlight her ability to make workouts enjoyable, which is a testament to her professionalism and dedication.
