At Westford Pilates & Yoga, our aim is to bring mind/body balance to the challenges of daily life. We love that Pilates and yoga develop flexibility, postural improvements, and core strength. Once your core is strong, everything else is stronger too. We also love that Pilates and yoga are mind/body practices! They take our full attention to work through the subtle movements using our deepest muscles. The result is great physical strength accompanied by a focused mind.

We have seen amazing results in our students. Many of our students have eliminated their nagging back pain, been able to exercise through injury, and recover from surgery and disease. We have even seen non-exercisers build new exercise habits! Our goal is to help you improve your strength, posture, and flexibility, and we offer a range of services to help you achieve this.

Our Services

We offer a variety of classes and sessions to suit different needs and preferences. Our Group Mat Classes are designed to bring mind/body balance to the challenges of daily life. We have Pilates All Levels and Yoga Pilates Fusion classes, which are held at our Westford studio and also available online. Our Reformer Privates & Duos are customized based on a postural and strength assessment and designed to address your specific goals. We use the reformer, a Pilates apparatus that consists of a sliding carriage rigged with springs, bars, and straps, to exercise in all planes of movement and to challenge the core in different ways.

Our Classes

Our classes are designed to be engaging, challenging, and fun. We offer Yoga-Pilates Fusion classes, which combine the stretch, focus, and balance of a yoga practice with the stability that comes from Pilates exercises. We also have Pilates classes that focus on developing flexibility, postural improvements, and core strength. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced, and we have a team of experienced instructors who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
