About Me

As a licensed professional counselor with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our therapeutic relationship. My approach is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. I believe that our sessions should be collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Professional Fees

Our fees are competitive and flexible, with sliding scale options available. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) cards. We also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss services, fees, and next steps.

Insurance

While we currently do not accept insurance as a payment method, we recognize the benefits of out-of-network care. Without the restrictions of insurance companies, you can maintain confidentiality, dictate your own course of treatment, and choose your own therapist. We encourage you to consider the benefits of out-of-network care and the potential for greater autonomy in your therapeutic journey.
