Founded in 2002, PCD Building Corp. has developed into a full-service General Contractor, Remodeler, and Construction Manager. Our annual sales volume has now exceeded 2.2 million. We are located in Orlando, Florida, making our primary focus the Central Florida Region. We travel throughout the State of Florida for our clients. We are a state certified general contractor with ample bonding capacity and all required insurance policies. Our team is well-versed in Contracts, Building Codes, Ordinances & Statutes, Budgets and Value Engineering, Critical Path Scheduling, Practical Engineering Theory, Means and Methods, all with a high level of Customer Service.
