Positive Experiences
Dr. Connie has been praised for her exceptional care and attention to detail. Patients, including children, have felt comfortable and at ease during their visits. The staff has always been professional and courteous, making sure patients' needs are met. One reviewer, Lori S., has been taking her son to Dr. Connie since he was 4 years old, and has never had a bad experience. Another reviewer, Sue D., has taken her three children to Dr. Connie since they were 3, and has never had a bad experience, attending regular check-ups and feeling confident in the care they received.
Mixed Experiences
While Dr. Connie has impressed with her high standards of care, there have been some negative experiences reported. Victoria G. had a distressing encounter with one of Dr. Connie's hygienists, who scolded her in front of others and made her 4-year-old child cry. Victoria felt embarrassed and unprofessional, leading her to drop Dr. Connie as their pediatric dentist.
Negative Experiences
A negative review from John S. is particularly concerning. He expresses his frustration with Dr. Connie's lack of professionalism and courteousness, stating that she has made children cry and is not suitable to practice. His dissatisfaction with Dr. Connie's behavior is so strong that he explicitly advises others against seeking her care.
