Disappointing Experience with Insurance Verification
Issues with Insurance Verification
The reviewer, Karissa Lawrence, had a frustrating experience with the office's insurance verification process. Despite providing all necessary information prior to the appointment, the office did not verify her coverage until it was time to make payment. This caused uncertainty and frustration for the reviewer, who was left to pay the full amount out of pocket.
Lack of Communication and Follow-Through
The office promised to try running the insurance again and get back to the reviewer, but after 5 days, there was no follow-up. The reviewer had to take matters into their own hands, calling their insurance company to verify the policy.
