Our Story

Rocco's Italian Cuisine & Pizza has been a staple in the New City, NY community for over 35 years. Our founder, Rocco, came to the United States in search of the American Dream when he was only 14 years old. He ended up in the Bronx at a place called "Little Italy" on 187th Street and Arthur Avenue. After working at "Pizza Time" and saving up some money, he took a shot at the American Dream. In 1981, he opened a pizza shop called "Rocco's' Italian Cuisine and Pizza" in New City, New York.

Over the years, Rocco's has expanded and now holds 150 for dinner and drinks. However, we still serve our customers who have been coming here for pizza since the beginning. We have given back to the community that has been loyal to our family and us for over 35 years. Thank you from Rocco and his Family!

You love Rocco's wonderfully fragrant olive oil at the restaurant, now enjoy it at home! Rocco's is pleased to offer a limited production of premium-quality, extra virgin olive oil "Il Cavallino". Imported from Tuscany, Rocco's extra virgin olive oil has a special, incomparable taste that is admired the world over. When in the restaurant, be sure to pick up a bottle ($13.99) to savor at home or call the restaurant directly to have one sent to you.
