Pilates With Nikita is a Miami-based Pilates studio dedicated to helping clients achieve physical fitness through the power of Joseph Pilates' revolutionary system of exercises. We believe that Pilates, which Joseph Pilates himself called "Contrology, " offers a path to complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit. Our practice is grounded in the principles of improving posture, balance, core strength, stability, and flexibility. Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, our experienced instructors will help you take your physical fitness to the next level.

Private Sessions
Our private sessions are designed to provide one-on-one instruction and guidance to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. We offer private sessions for individuals as well as duets for those who prefer to work out with a partner. Our instructors are trained to work with clients of all fitness levels and abilities, and will tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
During a private Pilates session, you can expect to work on a variety of exercises on the mat, reformer, and tower. Private sessions offer the opportunity to receive personalized attention and feedback, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Our primary objective is to lessen and eliminate any pain you may be experiencing, while also improving your overall strength, flexibility, and posture.
Group Classes
For those who enjoy the energy and camaraderie of a group setting, we offer group classes for all levels. Our instructors will guide you through a series of exercises designed to challenge and inspire you. Group classes are a great way to meet like-minded individuals and stay motivated on your Pilates journey.
