Cosselmon Mechanical is a family-owned and operated business, proudly serving the city of Amarillo and its surrounding areas since August 1, 2009. We are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services that are tailored to their specific needs and requirements.

Our story began with a shared dream between Kenneth and Ranora Cosselmon to open their own business. Kenneth had been working in the HVAC industry since 1996 and soon ventured into plumbing, while Ranora had a background in the banking industry and later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. After raising five children and gaining the necessary education and experience, the Cosselmon family decided to turn their dream into a reality.

On August 1, 2009, Cosselmon Mechanical opened its doors as a DBA, and by January 1, 2011, it became an LLC in the State of Texas. Today, we are proud to be a thriving business that has been built on a foundation of hard work, dedication, and a commitment to providing top-quality services to our clients.

Our Services

At Cosselmon Mechanical, we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs of our residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Whether you need a new installation, repair, or maintenance, our team of skilled professionals is here to help.

Our residential services include sewer lines, gas lines, water lines, new or repairs, sewer cleanout, gas leak detection and repairs, water leak detection and repairs, water heaters, faucets, toilets, tankless water heaters, heating and air conditioning, and ductless HVAC systems. We prefer and offer Carrier Brand units, but we can service any other brand as well.

For our commercial and industrial clients, we provide water lines, gas lines, sewer lines, new or remodels, lift stations, tankless water heaters, series boiler and chilled water piping installation, back flow preventors, oil/water separators, all sizes of HVAC systems and chillers, walk-in coolers, boilers, pump systems, VAV boxes, and control wiring for HVAC.

We also specialize in trenchless sewer replacement, which allows us to go under buildings, patios, above ground pools, and other items without causing damage. This method saves time and money for homeowners and businesses, as it only requires two holes to be dug for the pull to work.

Our Past Projects

Over the years, we have had the privilege of working on numerous projects for various clients in the Amarillo and surrounding areas. Some of our past commercial projects include HVAC installs, repairs, and PMs for Nustar Energy, plumbing needs for the Texas Department of Transportation, and various plumbing and HVAC repairs and installations for Texas Tech University, Texas Department of Public Safety, FedEx Amarillo Terminal, BSA Hospice of the Southwest, McAllisters Deli, and Street Toyota Amarillo.

Additionally, we have worked on projects for the Texas Parks and Wildlife department, focusing on plumbing and HVAC services for various parks in the Texas Panhandle.
