Our Story
Core Pilates Fitness and Nutrition was founded by Matt and Amanda Salyer, a husband-and-wife team who are passionate about fitness and wellness. Amanda, a certified Pilates instructor and nutritionist, was inspired to open her own studio after experiencing the transformative power of Pilates firsthand. After years of studying and teaching Pilates, Amanda and Matt decided to bring their vision to life and create a studio that would offer a unique and comprehensive approach to fitness and wellness.
