What We Do

United Quality Construction Inc. is a full-service design-build firm, providing a seamless transition from expert design to precise construction. Our services include whole house remodels, integrated additions, kitchens, master suites and baths, attic and basement finishing, historic home remodels, and integrated outdoor living. We also offer bath remodels, energy efficiency weatherization, seismic upgrades, exterior improvements, and landscape services.

However, for individual or small-scale projects, we do not provide handyman or trade-specific services, such as solely interior painting or floor installation. These components are comprehensively included in a larger remodeling job.

How We Work

We understand that every client has their own timeline and budget constraints. At United Quality Construction Inc., we work hard to complete each project on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. Our goal is to make your building experience a dream come true, whether you're looking to renovate a small area or construct a new building from the ground up.

We take pride in providing our clients with expert advice throughout the preconstruction phase, including site evaluation, project development, design development, and blueprints. During the construction phase, we focus on site logistics, safety programs, quality control, scheduling, start-up, and accounting.

Our design-build process begins with an initial consultation, where we listen to your needs, wants, and dreams for your project. We then prepare your house's 'as-built' plans, make a first draft of your project's design, and invite you to meet with our design team to discuss your project's first iteration. We make adjustments to the design until it meets your requirements, and you will love the design and it can be built. Finally, we provide you with an allowance-based estimate and design drawings as part of a no-obligation Pre-Construction Agreement.
