About Us

RDL Construction, Inc. was founded by Rick Leisinger in 1987. Over the last 35 years, we have successfully completed a wide range of projects, including data centers, clean room environments, class A & B office space, and tenant improvements. Our projects have varied from occupied campuses to facilities, each with its unique challenges and requirements. We take pride in our ability to adapt to each project's specific needs, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction.

We offer a comprehensive range of services including design build, general contracting, and construction management. Our expertise spans across various industries such as commercial interiors, medical offices, manufacturing facilities, industrial occupied space, retail stores, fitness centers, corporate cafes, medicinal marijuana dispensaries, breweries, and seismic retrofits. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results that meet the unique needs of each client.

Leadership Team

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have dedicated their careers to the construction industry. Rick Leisinger, our President, has over 40 years of experience and has worked on notable projects such as the Stanford Linear Accelerator and Intel's D2P3 Class 1 clean room. Justin Leisinger, our COO, has also spent many years in the industry, focusing on field operations and self-perform activities. Michele Aldape, our Director of Business Development, brings a wealth of experience in organizational development, executive coaching, and psychology. David Steeley, our General Superintendent, has a background in business administration and extensive experience in construction management.
