Our Story
Our founder, Marc Cinder, has been a trainer and coach for over 20 years. He started out as a gym rat, but after a back injury, he had to change his approach to workouts. Through his studies of back injuries and rehabilitative modalities, he developed an integrated approach to fitness, which includes strength, cardio, flexibility, and addressing any muscular imbalances or injuries of the individual. This approach is at the core of our services, and we're passionate about helping our clients achieve their fitness goals.
