Civil Engineering Associates (CEA) is a well-established and thriving company with a stellar reputation for service and expertise. Based in Delaware, our team is composed of local professionals with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of civil engineering. With a staff of 4 civil engineers and 4 survey crews, we have over a century's worth of combined experience in all phases of land development.

Since our founding in 2006 by Professional Engineer Ronald H. Sutton, Jr., we have grown to a staff of fourteen. At CEA, we value collaboration and maintain open communication channels with approval agencies to ensure that the preparation of our plans is tailored to meet their specific requirements, thereby facilitating timely and successful reviews.
