This includes services such as Land Development Planning, Hydrology/Hydraulics/Storm Water Management, and Septic System Design. Additionally, our Structural Engineering services include cost-effective structural design solutions from preliminary design through construction. We also provide Land Surveying and Construction Support services.

Gary Wynn, a licensed civil engineer, founded the company in 1993 after gaining experience in the public sector. He has expanded the business to Los Angeles and continues to provide services in San Diego County. Our team includes licensed engineers registered in California, Nevada, and Hawaii, as well as experienced professionals in various roles.
