CO-OPP Plumbing was born from a desire to provide Bakersfield and surrounding areas with reliable, honest, and dependable plumbing services. Founded in 1984 by Bob "Pops" Rader and his brother-in-law Dave Cochran, the company started out specializing in residential and commercial construction.
