Pet and Parking Policies: Accommodating Your Needs

At Walkabout Creek, we understand that pets are part of the family. That's why we welcome cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per home. Our pet policy includes a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 at move-in and a monthly pet rent of $35. Please contact us for specific pet restrictions.

In terms of parking, each home comes with a private detached one-car garage and an assigned parking space. The enclosed garage provides additional storage area, ensuring that your vehicle and belongings are safe and secure.
