Our Story

Our 18,000-square-foot facility is equipped with the latest in resistance and cardiovascular equipment, as well as a range of amenities that promote relaxation and rejuvenation. From our expansive men's and women's locker rooms with showers and steam rooms, to our lounge and coffee bar, we have created a space that is designed to make our members feel pampered and supported.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services and programs that cater to different fitness levels and goals. Our fitness center is fully staffed and open seven days a week, with over 35 hours of group fitness classes per week. Our members can enjoy indoor and outdoor saline-based pools, Wi-Fi lounge with a gas fireplace and 50 Plasma HD digital cable television, and state-of-the-art men's and women's locker rooms with private steam rooms.

In addition to our fitness center, we also offer wellness programs, health coaching, and outdoor small group training. Our aquatics program includes pool rules and policies, activities, and events, as well as massage therapy and mind-body classes. Our sports courts offer tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball, with booking options available online.
