My approach to counseling is rooted in the Enneagram, a powerful tool that helps individuals understand themselves, their motivations, and their patterns of behavior. By combining the Enneagram with other evidence-based therapies, such as Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), I help my clients break free from unhealthy patterns and develop the skills necessary to form meaningful and lasting connections.
