Our company is currently comprised of (4) equal owners who still share the same vision we began with over 60 years ago, but are also committed to agency growth, increasing market share and providing a comfortable and enjoyable work atmosphere. Over the course of our company history, our goal has always been to provide the best customer service and industry expertise possible in the heating, hydronic, humidification and ventilation markets. Staff Directory

We have a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing top-notch service. Our staff includes Ryan Pepper, who focuses on product trainings, site visits, and engineering community support in Eastern Michigan. Keith Crouse serves as our West Michigan inside sales team member and company administrator. Tuc Bosch provides support in West Michigan, focusing on product trainings and site visits. Scott Ziegler and Doug Van Oost, also based in West Michigan, focus on site visits and product startups, with engineering community support. Casey Fitzpatrick is our West Michigan inside sales specialist, focusing on bid/spec market and quote assistance. Avery Johnson serves Eastern Michigan, focusing on hydronic based products, trainings, site visits, quote assistance, and troubleshooting support.
