Our origins can be traced back to a small shop located behind Jay's Beef stand, a testament to our humble beginnings. As our business flourished, we moved twice to accommodate our growing clientele and investment in state-of-the-art equipment. Today, our modern 26,000 square foot facility on Wilson Avenue, just west of Harlem Avenue, is equipped with advanced technology and staffed by a team of highly skilled technicians.
