Our Services
At South Park Dental Care, we offer a wide range of services aimed at preserving your natural teeth, ensuring your oral health, and keeping you looking and feeling great. Our services include:
- General Dentistry: Dentistry encompasses a wide array of services and procedures, all aimed at helping you preserve your natural teeth and maintain good oral health. Our general dentistry services include routine cleanings and exams, fillings, sealants, and more.
- Teeth Whitening: Whitening procedures have effectively restored the smiles of people with stained, dull, or discolored teeth. We offer several teeth whitening options, including in-office treatments and take-home kits.
- Fillings: We offer both amalgam (silver) and composite (tooth-colored) fillings to restore teeth that have been damaged by decay. We are often asked about the safety of dental amalgams and the possibility of allergic reactions. While amalgams do contain mercury, they have been proven safe for use in dentistry. However, we also offer composite fillings for those who prefer a more natural-looking restoration.
- Dental Implants: Before the development of dental implants, dentures were the only alternative to replacing a missing tooth or teeth. Dental implants are a safe and effective way to replace missing teeth, and they look and function just like natural teeth.
- Crowns and Bridges: Crowns are used to cover and protect teeth that have been damaged by decay or injury, while bridges are used to replace missing teeth. Both crowns and bridges are custom-made to fit your mouth and match the color of your natural teeth.
- Veneers: Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain or plastic that are bonded to the front of your teeth to improve their appearance. They can be used to correct teeth that are stained, misshapen, or crooked.

Patient Rights and Responsibilities
As a patient, you have the right to choose your own dentist and schedule an appointment in a timely manner. You also have the right to know the education and training of your dentist and the dental care team. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and informed throughout your dental care experience.
Preventive Dental Care
Preventive dental care is a significant part of overall dental health, but it's often an afterthought. Our dedicated dentist sees many patients who don't keep up with consistent preventative oral care and then must fix the problems. We encourage all of our patients to maintain good oral hygiene habits, including brushing twice a day, flossing daily, and scheduling regular dental checkups.
