Phoenix Rising was created in 2005 by a group of compassionate professionals who remain committed to helping others make positive changes in their lives. As a private, non-profit behavioral healthcare agency, accredited by Joint Commission and certified through the Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Service Board, we are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health and addictions recovery services to children, adolescents, and adults.

Our team of over 100 staff members, including psychiatrists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, counselors, and case managers, work together to provide comprehensive outpatient services that address the unique needs of each individual. We are committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to achieve their full potential.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services designed to support individuals in their journey towards recovery. Our services include individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as psychiatric services provided by our team of experienced psychiatrists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners. Our case management department works with adults, adolescents, and children, as well as families, in community/natural environments to improve symptom management, coping, and achievement of greater independence. We also provide education and counseling services to support individuals in their recovery journey.
