Welcome to The Ambassador Apartments, a historic New York-style brick apartment building located on the picturesque S. Union Street in Rochester's East End - Park Ave Neighborhood. Our building, constructed in the 1920s, boasts beautiful original details, such as decorative moldings, deep-set windows, and hardwood floors. We have carefully renovated each of our apartments to provide residents with modern kitchens and bathrooms, new appliances, and updated windows. Our rental agreements include heat and water, and off-street parking is available for an additional fee.

The Ambassador Apartments are owned and managed by EthanMaya Development Corp, a residential real estate operations company dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our residents. Our apartments feature beautiful hardwood floors, original decorative moldings, large deep-set windows with lots of light, and original layouts.

Our modern kitchens and bathrooms, updated appliances, and on-site laundry facilities ensure that our residents have everything they need for comfortable and convenient living. Heat and water are included in our rental agreements, and off-street parking is available for an additional fee.
